This trail from Agerola to Positano was an incredible hike. Legend states that Gods came down this pathway to reach the sea, where the Sirens that seek to entice Ulysses with their singing could be heard.
The Path of The Gods starts high in the hills with breathtaking views of farmland and vineyards leading to the sea.
After winding around the coast, you end in a small village filled with lemon trees and quaint restaurants serving homemade limoncello, of course. This town marks the start of a 2,000 stone step descent into Positano.
The entire journey was quite relaxing, until the end! Our legs were burning during the 2,000 step descent into Positano, my least favorite part, though well worth it for a chance to experience those dramatic views from high above.
